A Personal Pick｜Alma Tepec Licor de Chile Pasilla Mixe｜ Other Products

Alma Tepec Licor de Chile Pasilla Mixe is a Mexican chile liqueur made from the pasilla mixe, a rare smoke-dried chile grown by the Mixe people in the mountains of the Sierra Norte of Oaxaca. The chiles are smoked over wood as part of their traditional drying, then infused into spirit and lightly sweetened, producing a liqueur with a deep, smoky richness and a mild-to-medium heat rather than a raw burn. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The nose is smoky chile, vanilla and caramel. The palate is smooth and spicy with chocolate, coffee, dried fruit and sweet spice, and the finish is long and warming. Sip it neat after a meal, pour it over ice, or use it in cocktails: it turns a mezcal Old Fashioned or a spicy margarita into something remarkable and pairs naturally with anything off the grill.Buy Alma Tepec Licor de Chile Pasilla Mixe online with fast shipping right to your door.
